I appreciate the thoroughness of my initial exam. However during the history questioning, I felt rushed. It is hard for me to recall dates/times or even words to describe my symptoms. I understand not asking leading questions, however when it was difficult for me to describe something, the doctor would just keep repeating the same question thus making me uncomfortable and having a harder time with my thoughts. Overall I felt like he did listen to me more than my previous rheumatologist.

I always appreciate and enjoy going to the clinic. Dr Roldán expertise in his field in arthritis makes me very happy and content. I am happy with his nurse Janie whom has excellent bedside manners also understands our pain. They are very quick. They also give you the proper medications. Thank you.

Front office staff are friendly, knowledgeable and are efficient at what they do.
Doctors care about their Patients. My personal Doctor is very professional, caring, listens to concerns, responds to my questions, is very knowledgeable and simply put an overall fantastic physician.

Dr.Wickersham and his staff have become family and the staff assist you with questions staff is so professional and welcoming they are amazing and Dr.Wickersham always listens thoroughly and doesn't rush you. Amazing Dr. I 100% recommend.

Ms. Amanda Gonzalez, APRN has been patient, caring, and supportive. Her wealth of knowledge and reassuring bedside manner is what has given me the confidence to tackle on my diagnosis.
The front office staff are also amazing! Always on top of things and it’s a pleasure to come in and feel welcomed.
I would recommend them a 1000% and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I don’t think I’ve had such a smooth experience at a doctor’s office like I have here. Thank you to all the staff !!

There are many positive aspects of this practice. The front desk staff is pleasant.
The waiting room is clean, the pt rooms are clean, the physician is on time and is open to discussion without rushing.

Really do like Dr. Roldan . He spends time with with you, listening to your issues and giving you advice, then sending you for lab work in the clinic. The entire clinic is organized and informative. Definitely recommend it and Dr. Roldan!

I had to wait a long time from my finish with Dr Roldan till my Prolia infusion…
My fault though, because i breezed past the bank of nurses without stopping for them to notify the next stage that I was ready!
