Allison is a wonderful provider. She thinks everything out before coming up with a plan for my care. She is also compassionate which helps when things aren’t the best with one’s health. I feel so fortunate to have these group of doctors and providers.

Ms. Alison Polston, DPN-B @ Arthritis and Associates is a Gem! The very nature of arthritis is associated with pain. But I tell you each and every time I have a visit with Ms. Alison she brightens my day from the moment she enters the examining room! She is so personable and caring that it feels like I’m sharing my ails with my best friend who knows EXACTLY how to help me feel better through listening and inquiring and innovative treatment plans in a healthy lifestyle plus medicinal therapy! And did I mention she very KNOWLEDGEABLE?!
It’s truly a highlight when I visit my Miracle Healthcare Team at Arthritis Associates PA! With Dr. Wickersham, Ms. Alison, Ms. Tracy (office Manager) Extraordinaire! And the nursing staff.. You will be in very capable, caring and compassionate hands!

I’ve been a patient of Dr Rosenberg for many years. He’s the best doctor ever. I also think the nurse practitioner is great. They are both great. I saw the nurse practitioner yesterday and she was super. She is very caring and pleasant.

I would have given more, but I am actually annoyed with the back office. It’s not the first time I have had an issue with them.
* My first visit with the doctor. The medical assistant was rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Taking it out on the patient is not a good idea.
* Continues to send my prescription to the wrong pharmacy after telling the medical assistant and writing it down on the paper they hold when triaging. As the medical assistant confirms it too.
* Forgetting to send check out paper to check out staff, having to wait more that 10 minutes. Saying oh the doctor had to sign the Rx. Just admit you forgot that simple.
* Having a severe reaction to a medication and having to wait for a few days to actually get an answer for the doctor who was on call for my doctor. And the medical assistant not knowing how to respond to my urgency of my call.
I’m in the medical field as well, and that is no way to treat a patient. I get it we all have our days. But come one, this is a reoccurring problem. Now I’m not going to say I’ve never made a mistake, but I owed up to them, and made it right with the patient. I never made excuses or lied. But to each their own. The doctor is great though. It’s just the staff you have to deal with first. Which leaves a poor impression.

Ryan is very professional, kind PA. Listens to what is going on with your health. Helps find solutions to your problems. I recommend him to any one having pain from arthritis.
