WORSE EXPIRANCE WITH A MEDICAL FACILITY EVER!! Complaints have been filed with, HHSC, Texas Office of the Attorney General, Google Reviews and Texas Medical Board, will be looking into other complaint avenues/ legal . Had a horrific experience after speaking with "Office Manager" Anabell Rodriguez. In my professional recommendation this staff member needs to be REMOVED immediately. No wonder a lot of your staff is rude, because they follow suite from the example of one management. Good management is critical in the support of good health, which Rodriguez shows no signs of this and is hurting your medical practice. REMOVE IMMEDIATLY. This complaint is to address medical facility unprofessionalism. The treatment by the medical staff, was the worst experience I HAVE EVER HAD, and facility medical license should be reviewed as medical neglect is undergoing. Let me explain what has happened, I've had a non GOUT diagnosis, this is majorly impacting my life and wellbeing, The doctor HAS NEVER BEEN ABLE TO DAIGNOSE ME. I have been with this facility since 2023. I was told my uric acid levels were normal, that they did not know what was going on, and would have to wait for a flair up to extract the forming crystals. Well that's the IMPOSSIBLE PART! Because my synthols only last a couple of days, the deformation is there, but I was told to wait for a flair up. I have been trying to get a simple doctors order since 2.4.26 it is now 2.16.26. NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE AT ANY POINT. Was only told to "wait for doctor to review and write orders" well, i am in extreme pain, and it only last for so long. Also had a billing issue in which your office does not bill correctly to CHAPSVA, and is attempting to just charge me instead of filling correctly with insurance, the last I know of this claim, it was denied due to it being billed incorrectly without a proper EOB. After explaining this to Rodriguez after becoming frustrating with the LACK of support, getting back to me, or interest in my medical condition. After telling her I was scared to end up in a wheel chair due to having these symptoms for OVER 5 years, and NO ONE at your medical facility being able to help or simply care about their patients. NO ONE EVER GOT BACK TO ME, NO ONE EVER CARED AT THIS PLACE!! Rodriguez was more focused on how I spoke to the people that never cared. Again, showing no signs of caring. My condition (self diagnosed CPPD, since no competent medical professional is found) has no cure, I must suffer with this for ever. But in order to treat, early diagnosis, and medical is pivotal in helping control and prevent me from ending in a wheelchair. This is where the medical malpractice kicks in, and will be speaking with my attorney to see about closing this place down or what legal actions I have. Your neglect has impeded my health, and for that SHAME ON YOU! I hope this reaches someone that actually cares, but from my experience this will be ignored, just like all my other cries for HELP! TRAIN YOUR STAFF! FIRE ROGRIGUEZ, and your proactive MIGHT have a chance to actually progress to a good standing medical practice, at the rate your going your only hurting people, providing false information, failing medical care. CLOSE YOUR PRACTICE if you don't care about people. Don't fool people like myself to spend years trying to treat there illness. Close practice and STOP the MEDICAL negligence. I know this message will be ignored, probably read by an uncaring person, as that is the culture that Anabell Rodriguez foresters. This person why cause you legal issues, and mistreat your "patients". Hope to God, someone with compassion reads this, but I am sure no one will. I will just continue to file my complaints, speak with my attorney regarding this medical negligence and seek treatment for my illness at a competent medical facility. God Bless, I have found a competent practitioner that was able to schedule me as a new patient on 2.18! And the receptionist felt awful about my pain. Something that your medical staff, NEVER showed at your facility. Submitted "request for orders" two weeks ago! . Another thing never seen was professionalism and caring about the people that call is. You are not just a business, your there to treat patients, make people better. The experience I had at your facility has the WORSE thing I've ever had. My recommendation is to let go of Anabell RODRIGUEZ IMMEDIATLY. She is a liability, and is hurting your medical facility. Please reach out to me to further discuss this, maybe I can prove a positive outcome to the state, and my attorney regarding the final outcome of my health. Highly doubtful I'll ever hear from anyone there, never did, except for the bill that facility was unable to correctly bill to insurance. DO BETTER AS A MEDICAL FACILTY. PEOPLES LIVES DEPEND ON YOUR CARE AND ACTIONS! I have been left without medications, treatment, and care for over 5 years. My mistake was not looking for a reputable medical facility immediately. That was my mistake, your mistake is having incompetent staff, that could care less about the "patients" they treat. If this is how you treat people, CLOSE YOUR BUSINESS! Let someone else, with competence, integrity, and the care of the San Antonio people. Seriously, relocate so a better medical practice can take your place. I have been disrespected, unattended, and my medical condition has only worsen. You should NOT be allowed to practice medicine in the state of Texas or this country. Your staff needs to be SWTICHED, CHANGED, and trained on how to treat and care for your alleged "patients". Perhaps the next patient wont have to undergo this sever medical negligence suffered at the expense of your medical staff. Do better! Your a medical processional! Disappointed "patient" OR just person off the street (as thats how you treat everyone", like any other foolish person that trust their care to the your facility. Grateful to have Dr Wickersham and Ellen, help me with my health with sincere compassion and commitment to get me back to a better state of health with my complied complex autoimmune illnesses. I drive to San Antonio from Corpus Christi to see Dr. Rosenberg since 2019. It is very "worth" the trip! Since Corpus Christi doesn't have a patient and professional Rhuematologist. He's the most caring and understanding doctor that has helped me through my autoimmune disease journey. I'm beyond blessed to have him as my doctor!
