About Dr. Roldan
Jose Roldan, MD, MS, is an expert rheumatologist at Arthritis Associates in San Antonio, Texas. He is board-certified in internal medicine and rheumatology.
Dr. Roldan earned his medical degree from the Institute of Health Sciences in Medellin, Columbia, and a Master of Science in clinical investigation at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. He completed an internal medicine residency and rheumatology fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center (UTHSC) in San Antonio.
Prior to joining Arthritis Associates, Dr. Roldan was a clinical instructor and associate professor of rheumatology at UTHSC in San Antonio. While at UTHSC, he created and directed the lupus and vasculitis clinics. He was also a staff rheumatologist at San Antonio Audie L. Murphy Memorial VA Hospital in Texas.
Dr. Roldan maintains his medical credentials to stay up to date with the latest advances in internal medicine and rheumatology. He is a member of the Bexar County Medical Society, Texas Medical Society, and American College of Rheumatology.
